Brdské Hřebeny in the Middle ages. The settlement and the economic use

The bachelor's thesis deals with the development of settlement in the landscape scretching southwest from Prargue. The imaginary center of the study area consist of Hřebeny, which extends continuously southwest from Prague to Brdy. This area is largely surrounded by Vltava and Berounka rivers, where settlement has been concentrated at the banks of the rivers since prehistoric time. One of the aims of this thesis is to outline the development of medieval settlement in this area in the broader context of the period. The autor of this thesis will try to locate defunct town Jablonná in one of the chapters as well.
